Victoria Grace “Tori” Overcash, 17, of Salisbury, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 19, 2026, following a car accident. Tori was truly one of a kind. A rare, beautiful soul who boldly loved her family and friends. The impact she made on everyone who knew her will last forever. Though our hearts ache beyond words, we are so grateful for the gift of knowing her, loving her, and witnessing the light she carried. Tori loved God with her whole heart. Her faith wasn’t just something she spoke about, it was something she lived. It showed in the way she treated people, in her kindness, in her gratitude for life, and in the way she always found beauty even in the smallest moments. She had such a deep love for the life she was given and embraced every single day with purpose and passion. She found joy in the simple things like baking something with sourdough for someone she loved, sharing pieces of her world through her daily vlogs, pushing herself in her workouts, and always striving to grow. Her greatest love, her truest passion, was dance. Dance wasn’t something she just did, it was who she was. It was the way she expressed her heart, her faith, her fire, and her softness all at once. When she danced you could feel it. She moved with intention, with freedom, and with a spirit that was completely her own. She leaves behind a loving family; parents, Ashley and Chase Overcash, sister, Vada; grandparents, Teri and Mark Brown, Jane and Jeff Edwards, Michael Jones; great aunt, Debbie Jones; great grandmother, Joy Young; aunts, uncles, and cousins; Candace and Luke Overcash and their daughter Colbie, Coty and Jessica Edwards, Mandie Burr and children, Brooklyn, Jackson, and Roman; and Brandon Shirley. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00PM February 25, 2026 at Grace Lutheran Church Family Life Center with Pastor Joshua Copeland and Pastor James Sharpe officiating. The family encourages attendees to wear their favorite country and western clothing (hats/boots) or any University of Alabama colors.
